Contest Rules:




1. No Purchase Necessary. Void outside the continental U.S. or where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. One online entry per person. Must be 21 years or older to enter. Must be a resident of one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia to enter or win.

3. By participating in this contest participants grant Funjet Vacations the right to use his/her names for any advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation or permission.

4. Funjet Vacations will be issuing one grand prize of (2) roundtrip charter/scheduled economy airfare via USA 3000, Ryan International or United Airlines and 3-nights accommodation at the all inclusive Riu Caribe in Cancun. The winner is responsible for travel to Detroit for departure. All stays are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY and Funjet Vacations discretion for hotel accommodations. We reserve the right to change the hotel portion of your trip at any time. Travel must be taken between Oct 15, 2008 - December 10, 2008. Departure days: Wednesdays. Blackout dates are all U.S. Holidays and two (2) days preceding and two (2) days following the Holiday and are subject to availability; travel is not allowed over holidays & blackout dates. ONCE A RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE, ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES OR EXTENTIONS ARE PERMITTED.

5. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from among combined eligible entries received on Funjet.com and Freedomhill.net between June 16 - Aug 22, 2008. Winner will be notified by email, certified or overnight mail on or about September 12, 2008.

6. Void outside of the continental United States and where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

7. Funjet Vacations is not responsible for any damages or injury incurred by contestant as a result of winning.

8. Winners will be required to sign the Funjet Vacations Bill of Rights. Prize is non-transferrable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash.

9. By entering this contest, all entrants agree that Funjet Vacations has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the contest and their determination of the winner is final and binding.

10. The retail value of the grand prize is approximately $1800.00 per reservation.

11. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner and are due prior to travel.

12. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Employees of Funjet Vacations, Riu Caribe, Freedom Hill, The Mark Travel Corporation, Trisept Solutions, and BVK/McDonald are not eligible to win.

13. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING NEW PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL: As of January 23, 2007 all international travelers must present a government issued passport for U.S. Customs re-entry after air, land or sea travel. For more information please visit the State Department’s consular website www.travel.state.gov or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s website www.dhs.gov. It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide proper documentation. Married or divorced women traveling under names other than what is printed on their travel documents, must supply a marriage license and/or divorce decree. Funjet Vacations will not rebook or revise any reservations if travelers do not possess a valid U.S. Passport by their date of departure. Travel arrangements are subject to availability.
